Conception et réalisation d’une tour regroupant cinq entités programmatiques différentes.

La relation entre ces entités, à travers leurs flux interconnectés, donne sa forme à la tour. Le socle comprend des halls d’accueil, un parking, un centre de conférences, un centre médical, des restaurants ainsi qu’une piscine en terrasse.

La tour accueille l’hôtel.

 

 

 

Design and construction of a tower that brings together five different programmatic entities.

The relationship between these entities, through their interconnected flows, gives shape to the tower. The base includes lobbies, parking, conference center, medical center, restaurants, and a pool on the terrace.

The tower houses the hotel.
